introductions,  that brand has generated $800MM in profits;

boxes was developed for the USA
Formula,  processing and packaging was identified which achieved
quality and consistency across multiple co-packers.

which under Joe's development team grew from
$200MM to $1Billion in USA sales.

Joe is a professional  member of the Institute of Food
Technologists and has received numerous awards and patents.

Harry Topalian
Board Member
Harry Topalian has applied his considerable skills as a scientist
and culinary expert to virtually every facet of research and
development in the field of packaged foods.

He holds 15 patents and numerous invention records.  His
thirty-four year career at General Foods is highlighted with many
prestigious achievements, including the development of the
enormously successful lines of
Stove-Top Stuffings, Jell-O 1-2-3.

Harry is a member of the Institute of Food Technologists and the
Inter-American Food Institute.
About Us

David P. Hull - Operations
    Dave Hull brings with him over 35 years of experience in general management for the small company as well as             
    overseeing multi-plant operations, logistics and outsourcing for Fortune 50 consumer products manufacturers.  Of
    those 35 years, 32 were spent at Kraft Foods, Inc., where Dave was an operations manager for several divisions of
    Kraft Foods and Beverages.

    Prior to  his work with J & H Natural Products, LLC, Dave had been the Director of Sourcing for Acirca/Walnut Acres, a
    start-up organic food company.  His responsibilities included management of all contract manufacturers; direct
    procurement of raw and packaging materials and developing cost estimating.

    Dave also held the title of Senior Operations Consultant to the VP Operations for the Hain Celestial Group.  His focus
    has been on acquisition transition methodology, strategy development and execution, productivity, contract
    manufacturing assessment (planning and consolidation), process mapping and benchmarking/metrics development.

John Zabrodsky - Engineering Executive
    John is Founder and Managing Director, and President of Advanced Manufacturing Technology, Inc.  The company
    provides technical services in the development of manufacturing systems for a variety of manufacturing industry
    segments (pharmaceutical, automotive, food, beverage, consumer products, discrete parts, injection molding and
    aerospace).  Previously employed by Merck & Co., Inc, Nabisco Brands, Inc., and TRW, Inc., John held various
    capacities and positions involving process development and automation prior to founding Advanced Manufacturing
    Technology, Inc.  John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from  the University of Rochester
    and Masters of Science degree in materials engineering from Rutgers University.

    He has authored numbers papers and given numerous presentations to professional journals and societies on the
    subject of process development, industrial microwave systems, manufacturing execution systems, and metal materials

    He is a member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, the American Chemists Society, The instrument
    Society of America, The Society of Manufacturing Engineers and the American Production Inventory Control Society.  
    John holds three U.S.  patents, seven European patents, and one Japanese patent for work in the field of
    manufacturing process control and automation.
